Initial meeting to discuss individual needs
It’s important that you get to know and trust us. We always try to conduct an initial meeting with new clients and find out exactly what it is you are looking for. Where this isn’t possible, a conversation via phone will suffice. Most importantly, we lay the grounds for a relationship based on trust and shared goals.
Familiarisation tours
Moving house or business premises can be both exciting and unsettling. Knowing that you may be new to the area, we offer familiarisation tours of Brighton & Hove. We tailor these to your individual requirements. In order to help you choose your ideal location, we also offer advice on the best local schools and services.
Search, shortlist and preview
Following our initial meeting, and once we have a good idea of what you’re looking for, we will conduct an extensive search of the local area to find properties that match your specific requirements. After our initial search, we will shortlist properties for you, and preview those we feel are most suitable, so as to save you wasting any time.
Arrange and accompany viewings
Once you have decided which of the properties you would like to see in person, we will arrange viewing times to suit, and will accompany you on these visits. This not only gives you the chance to get to know us better, but also allows us to gain further insight into your specific likes and dislikes.
Photos and written reports
If you are unable to accompany us on a viewing, we can provide you with both detailed photographs and a short, concise written report on the property’s pros and cons.
PURCHASE OR RENT
Negotiate with estate agents on your behalf
We will negotiate with the estate agent on your behalf to acquire your property at the cheapest possible price. This is reflected in the structure of our fees, which wherever possible are covered by the amount we have been able to negotiate off the property's price.
Oversee process to completion
To ensure a smooth stress-free process, we will oversee the entire process from search to completion. We are always available for support and advice during this time – anytime, day or night.
Moving day
If required, we can arrange for the installation of your blinds/curtains, the changing of your locks and the sorting out of any other jobs that require immediate attention.
Advice on local services
As a result of our extensive local knowledge, we are able to offer advice to our clients on choosing reliable solicitors, architects, accountants, interior designers and financial advisors.
RENOVATE
In order that a property be exactly what you want, most houses and commercial premises will need to undergo some alterations and/or building work following purchase.
Find & Build can arrange and manage everything from general building work and decoration to comprehensive redevelopments.
Our services are not only available on/after the purchase of your property, but also at other times, including — should any renovations be required — prior to selling your home.
