Are you an estate agent?
No. By law an estate agent represents the seller/landlord and must work in their best interests. In comparison Find & Build works only for you, the buyer/tenant.
What are your fees?
For our search services we charge an initial registration fee of £500, then final fees are dependent on the purchase/rental price. Please see our separate fees section for further details.
I don’t know Brighton/Hove. Can you help?
Due to our extensive local knowledge we can offer advice on all aspects of city living and the local market. We also offer familiarisation tours of the area.
How do you differ from other search agencies?
As Brighton & Hove’s longest running search agency we offer unrivalled experience and have built up an extensive network of local estate agents and contacts.
Can you sell my property?
If you are thinking of selling your property please contact us with a brief description to see if it matches one of our existing search client's criteria. If it does you could sell your house privately and avoid paying expensive sales fees. We do not charge for this service.
Can you find me a property to rent?
Yes. We offer the same search service for rental properties.
Do you find properties abroad?
No. Currently we only deal with properties in Brighton/Hove and the immediate surrounding area allowing us to offer the best possible local service.
I live abroad, can you help me find a property in Brighton/Hove?
Yes. We can provide you with any local information that you may require as well as sending you property details and conducting viewings on your behalf.
Can I use your maintenance/building services without having found my property with you?
Yes. Both parts of our service can be used independently of each other. This is evident through our case studies.
