Garage to Stylish living space with Office accomodation too

Vine Street (situated right in the heart of Brighton’s fashionable North Laine) started life as mechanics garage before it was bought by James two years ago. It has since been rented to a photography studio (Garage Studios) who do anything from fashion shoots to photography courses.

Owner of Property Search Agency Find and Build, Jamie Oliver, has employed Conran Architects to interpret his ideas for the project and took inspiration from a popular haunt of his in his younger days – the Bluebird Garage on Kings Road in London.

Jamie has submitted his first planning application to the council and his idea is to raise the property up one floor and build an awesome loft apartment in excess of 1000 sq ft and a separate studio flat.  The ground floor will be office space (again in excess of 1000sq ft).

Brighton is the easy choice for savvy business’s who realise that it is possible to have cheaper rents and an easier pace of life whilst still having easy access to London – Vine Street is situated five minutes from Brighton station which has access to Victoria in under an hour.
