Find & Build was started by James Oliver in 2000, following a family move to Brighton.

Having experienced first hand the property buying process in the Brighton area, he quickly recognised the need for an agency that could handle the less enjoyable aspects of property buying and development, leaving the buyer with a property to be proud of and no unnecessary stress.

James’ years of experience within the fields of both estate agency and property development in London gave him the perfect foundations to develop what has become Brighton and Hove’s most longstanding and highly respected search agency.

Find & Build has been James’ passion ever since this time and he continues to live and work within an area that he loves.

He currently has a small trusted team, all of whom have a long history with the company.

What we do

Find & Build handles the acquisition of properties at all levels of the market, from studios to mansions. We are also able to co-ordinate building work, ranging from basic property maintenance to complete renovations.

Find & Build aims to save clients time and money. We do this by finding you the right property at the right price and by offering a managed building service if required.

As you will see from our case studies, both parts of the service can be used independently of each other.
